Umm ....no. While I am amused by your enthusiasm the missing piece is Book of sketches from the hill/house/tents camp in wos. All 3 items drop right there.

Watched a 66-70 group kill him from the cave entrance from Bloodfields. They didn't seem to have too much trouble with him, although they were from one of the better guilds on my server. Dropped a nice ring.

red to 68 so at least 71+, but still easily one-groupable, not tougher than a trash mob.
