Dropped a Minor Muramite Rune and he's located on on the west side of the castle wall at -251, 473, 61
The listed level might be off, or maybe he has a range, because at 68 he was still conning red. If he was 70 he should be yellow to a 68 as far as I know.
Procs a couple of things. One was an AE poison dot that wasn't too serious at 250hp/tick. Didn't really have time to see what the 2nd one was.
Partially slowable (like most OoW named).
Quads for 882 max.
Summons a LOT.
Didn't seem to have that many more hit points than regular mobs in the area really but that's kind of relative.
Also, the south portal camp is found if you sorta hug the west (left) wall, eventually you come to the Wall that the zone is named after. Set into this west side of the Wall is a room that has a portal in it. There is a north portal camp and south portal camp based on the 2 doors into said room. South portal pulls the tent nearby and the battlemasters and ireknights on the wall that are accessible on the wall. North portal camp pulls the girplans and occaisional noc and ukun that are spread out on the hill to the north of the Wall.
