On Coirnav, during Gates of Discord, the Veeshan's Peak 2.0 quest was not in the game yet nor was the zone. I believe it should be flagged as Omens of War.

This critter will not attack you when you go near him. I was in a group and wanted to see his reaction but there was none to be had. So we just attacked the wyverns around hm with no problem. Just wanted to clarify that for the cautious.

No he doesnt aggro anyone I dont think you can hit him either.

I would call him a *Keeper* of the new VP, as he is needed to gain access

I wouldnt exactly call a non aggro beta neutral mob a "guard" but yes he stands in front of zone in.
