Also, he meleed for 20 dmg and under. WEAKLING!! :D
Aye, Ktandor, while he was on the ground after Jabbar hit him he conned green to my 40 druid.
I used my 40 druid to kill Gendalic.
I just walked in the cell while he was on the ground, nuked him with Firestrike (430 dmg), which brought him down to 58%. I "writhed in the grip of agony"(48 dmg), then nuked him with Firestrike again for 459 dmg. He started to walk out of the cell at about 25%, then I nuked him with Careless Lightning for 108 dmg and killed him.
Unfortunately he didn't drop anything :(
And btw, the guards and Taruun don't care if you kill Gendalic one bit, and they actually do the "Gendalic's Feeding Time" sequence even if he's not up.
About 2 mins after you kill him, he respawns as soon as Taruun Joharr walks back into the cell and he casts "Grim Aura" on himself. He still conned green to my druid, even though he was still standing. About 30 seconds after he spawned, he was knocked to the ground by Guard Jabbar during his feeding time.

Likely just an interesting side note but here goes. I was doing the Vah Shir Art of Brewing quest which includes handing a crate of gravel leaf tea to Guard Jabbar. After handing Jabbar the crate, he proceeds to each of the cells so I thought I would follow him. The first 3 cells were nothing odd but in the fourth cell was Gendalic. Guard Jabbar tells Gendalic to get for his evening meal. At this point Gendalic was standing up and conned blue to a lvl 55 Bst. Guard Jabbar then knocks Gendalic down (according to the text) and Gendalic disappears and respawns lying down on the ground. On the ground, Gendalic was a green con to my lvl 55 Bst. I just thought that was a bit odd.
I Tracked him, and he came up light blue, so he'd be on the low end of the 26-34 range.
