This is on Agnarr. Killed him twice, no note. Skipping to 7th. Wish I'd known to do that first.

On COIRNAV TLP he is bugged! Doesn't drop the note. Skip Pikes 1-6 and go straight to the 7th.
He spawns in the mouth of the tunnel leading to Nurga @ n2800, n630 - spawn time is 10 minutes.
EDIT: GM Dunbar had to give this to me on my cursor after I petitioned, but as I mentioned above you can skip Pike Quests 1-6 and go straight to the 7th.

Spawns in the tunnel to Nurga very close to where it opens up, 10 minute-ish spawn timer, has yet to drop the Unfinished Note, 5 separate kills, 2 different days. Not happy.

Does anyone know how long these things take to spawn after you kill one? Thanks

I didn't really pay attention, but it seems we killed him every 30 mins ish. (just in front of the goblin fort, where he wanders)
Still a noob. :-P

I logged over to my BL and ran him out, had friend that had tracked it to the exact spot. Still under zone btw as of this date. Put pet on guard, then used the command /pet attack a goblin messenger. I then pulled pet back which brought the gob out of the mountain at which time we wiped it's little punk but out.

The Goblin Messenger in Frontier Mountains is currently bugged. Hes stuck underneath the terrain. Luckily, if you can get a ranger to track him, the ranger can aggro him out of the ground with a snare. It worked for me if you cant seem to find him.
I found him on the path from the goblin fort, heading south. He conned even to my level 38 Beastlord. Was a pretty easy fight for an even con, even for my untwinked kitty.

this goblin seems to spawn near the entrance to mines of nurga. he is often stuck inside the mountain.
