"I will go" is all you need to say. I did some reading and apparently "Plane of Torment" is what prompts some of the previous speech and saying "I will go to the plane of torment" does not see the "I will go" speech putting you in a loop and preventing you your flag.
Another wonderful fun quest from "SOE" maybe its short for "something often errors".

OK I have killed and been flagged for the Keeper of Sorrows and Saryn but when I hailed the Seer in PoK I got the message:
Although it was kind of you to help him Tyllis still seems to have no idea who you are.
So I looked it up on the Seer message page and it says that if you get that message you were not preflagged for The Keeper of Sorrows, so I went to back-pre-flag at Fahlia Shadyglade and got told this:
I can see that you may be passionate to help others but now I must ask you to be about your own business. I sense that if you were to try to help you may befall the same fate as poor Tyllis. Perhaps you should become more experienced in travelling through the planes before you learn more about his condition.
Anyone got any idea what I have to do to get this girl to preflag me for The Keeper of Sorrows?

One of the messages I received from the Seer showed I didn't have the Saryn preflag. To get that it seemed I need to go to see Fahlia Shadyglade in PoT. After saying "I will go" to her I received this message: "Wonderful. I did not think that an outsider was one that I could trust to aid me in this. One name that TYlis has mentioned in agony is that of Maareq. I do not know whom this is, but he must be instrumental in Tylis' suffering. You must find Maareq and do what you must to release Tylis from this torture."

Fahlia Shadyglade will not prflag you until you have been flagged for TT kill. This is probaly why you can not get the preflag

Do you need to hail anyone after KoS? or Maareq the Prophet. How will I know what I am missing to get this flag.
The only thing that I don't have is one HoH trial but I don' think this should affect this flag .. Maybe I missed something ... but I have killed all of these mobs and damn Fahlia still says I should progress more in the planes or some bull crap..

I got her to say this to me... Although she didn't give me a flag and the Seer still isnt' giving me my KoS flag..

Ok... so I tried everything I could think of, /bugreported the problem, and then tried again immediately afterward and it worked /shrug. Fast service I guess.
