what room does he spwn in? the best I got is ther is a lamp in the center that is clickable.
a barmy burglar is in the upside-down wing, which you get to from the chessboard or from the garden center. In the room with the upside-down lamp, as you say.

We just finished up mini-raid in PoM.We took down this nasty hamburglar. Hits in the mid to high 700's and summons. Dropped the Belt of the Necksnapper. 4 rolled on it, and I won it. Tough room, but well worth the effort for the reward.... =)
We killed him last night. he is A Blarmy Burgalar. Conned even to a 65. Dropped a belt. Belt of the Necksnapper. All/All Ac 13 Dex 8 anothe stat (Not wis or int) Hpts 50 Mana 50 SVC 10 SVM fire 10 and SVM 20 i think. Not so sure on exact resists. Didnt win the item. He is a Druid mob. The room he spawns in you can sit at the door you came in on and pacify the room then pull the 3 mobs in room with him. Fight was straight forward hit in the 700's. SK got rooted and just doted him, group was 65 Clr/Wiz/Warr/Shm/Rog/Sk. Very easy fight and he was slowable. Like all named here he does summon. Be sure to kill his guards first. His guards our pull were 2 sphinx's (Cleric mobs) and a gorrila(SHaman mob). To leave the room Click the lamp in the center on the floor.
