It appears that none are up after a server reset and must be re-freed each time. Once freed they stay up until another server reset. Or at least I gather this because I've seen him up on 7th hammer and after the patch a few days ago he's not up anymore.

They were reset on my server too (KB). =( And after all that hard work freeing them all..

Freed him today on Kane Bayle.

He popped at pos6383, neg3254 this evening. That's the far left side of the outermost wall of the Chardok entrance.
