After camping the Brewell map loc for an entire day I double checked here and yes...mob was up at the neg 140, pos 2000 loc

He also drops the "Mark of the Victor". I've only killed him once, so I"m not sure what is the rare drop.

Mark is his rare drop I think, dagger common. You just got lucky and got it first time.
Would like to go after this item, might someone post his /loc? Thanks in advance.
