For me this popped at 550, 1460, -250. This is consistent with Goods Maps but not Brewall Maps. Note the PH at this location is also "a goblin blood ritualist" so this might be the only spawn location. The PH at 620, 1480, -260 is a goblin dirt defender which is the PH for Dirt Defender Gropp.

I was wondering if a 56 beasty would be able to solo him or the other dude that drops the Vambraces <I dont really use the beast for much but farming money/getting items for my uber ranger> Plz any info would be nice

I could almost swear Blood Ritualist Taprom is just about level 49, conned light blue at 65, but wasnt a greenie. Also conned light blue to my 64 bard parked in the zone who tracked it.

Found him at Loc neg 340 neg 828 He dropped the necklace for me he popped after only one kill of PH and then again in 2 more kills

Killed him today. 63 druid solo. He wasn't hard. only had one add.

I'm pretty sure the MoB you actually killed was Death Ritualist Stromik.
I've killed both. Stromik dropped the Elaborate Wicked Vambracees. Taprom dropped the Prismatic Necklace of Peace
