well just wanted to add this this event is soloable i did it with my 70 beastlord only took like an hour

He was freed on the Drinal server on 9/20/2004. A 62 Shaman, 62 Paladin, 63 Beastlord and 63 Druid. Took just over an hour to fight the 6 waves of 5 goblins. Was much fun.
And after 16 years here we are , EQ legacy lives on
still doing the quest you guys did two decades ago
Doing all the stuff I have missed out when I was a 11 year old kid playing this game cluelessly about anything
52 enc 53 wiz 55 SK 2 cleric , and yes it took us an hour also
My brother and his Gf hate this zone feeling it’s depressing and sleep inducing
At first they were like why such a big deal pulling a whole group to this godforsaken place , I just had a thing with these far away no people old world dead zone
I’m glad at last they had fun with this quest

Freed on MM a few weeks ago by me 64 beast, 65 cleric, 65 shaman. Didnt really need heals. Just long fights because they have alot of HP.

Have they reverted the "Free the Nurgan Slaves" quests? On Bristlebane, after the 5/26 patch, I've noticed that these guys (well, this one so far anyway) are back up. I've got the 3 items and am going to give a go tonight on trying to free this guy to see if they really are reverted again.
