What is the PH for this guy. Been camping him seems like forever
The though of putting on a pair of sandals this guy has been wearing is making my stomach lurch.

He spawned for us at the "back rats" camp. After reading here that he was unslowable and hit for 700+, we were prepared for a tough fight, but he ended up being a joke. He didn't seem to do any more damage than an unslowed War Rat. His only loot was the sandals.

Not much listed here so I'll put in my 2 cents. He is immune to slow, was killed by 65Chanter with CoD pet (war rat), 65 SK (super HT not up for fight), 62 Necro and 61 Monk. The 65 cleric died first, heal on inc, and the 61 shaman prematurely gated(me unfortunately) cleric was the only death.
