I can confirm this guy can be DCed and max hit was 117. He could be a nice DC pet if you could bring him out from jail... I hope his respawn time is not too long so i could kill him first and get the no rent jail key. hope thsi help!

Janitor is level 46 or under. Cons light blue to a 63. Drops the no rent jail key.
Whewre does this guy spawn? Thinking of solo DC'ing with an ENC down here for faction. Thanks in advance for info. If I find out I'll adjust this post.
He spawns inside the jail cell whose door is off its hinges and lying on the ground. Loc = N264, P1182.
