a Tunarian scout  

First off, he's not lvl 45. He was blue to me at 44. He's standing at the docks between the FV and FP docks. I was kiting dwarves there when I decided to try killing him just for fun... Snared him, and hit him with a DD for 660 when, to my surprise, he died and poofed. No experience gain (even though he was blue), no faction hits, no corpse. Just got a 'You have slain a tunarian scout!' message and he disappeared. I guess it's some new code to keep people from killing quest NPCs for EXP.
