I can't find where I just posted this, but regardless it Should have been here:
The mobs name is all in lowercase (important as those of us with track tend to skim-read for uppercase letters). His actual name then is: "goblin runner".

Now after the revamp, when you zone in from Neriak, you enter deeper into the zone. For me I simply turned around to get my bearing right near zone line. he was standing right there. Oddly a new "bug" ? they will sometimes run beyond zone line, causing you to zone. I activly saught this guy before the revamp, i heard he was one of the rare bugged mobs that would spawn in a wall. Trackable, but he rarely got out of the wall. If you see him, pull back then attack him. On a side note there was a PLace holder, one of those new spiders the first time.
