It's a long and boring camp. He seems to spawn less then the Enraged Soulstealer or Fleshchild.
Info on where he spawns is correct.

He is a cleric mob who hits for about 150 and can nuke for 500+ and Cheal. Like Camped said he spawns just past the tentacle bridge in the first tunnel to the right (as coming from the entrance to the caves) and spawns about halfway up the larger incline (there is one as the tunnel branches off, just go a little further). I would guess he had 8-10k hp, although the CHs threw me off. He was cake for a 60pal (me), 55pal, an 60 druid, and I bet I could have soloed him if I were there alone. I have only seen him once, and I have spent probably 15 hours in there total (saw the assassin 3 times and the soulstealer once as well) and he dropped the Gauntlets of Suffering for us. go into caves and cross bridge, then take a right he is halfway between the turn to the right and the first turn when you head that way. if that makes sense his ph is the robed mob on the left wall on a slope up near the top of slope , he is a caster mob and has many hp for a minor return some shoulders and a sword called blackhand cutlass.
