Every so often, this guy will spawn these little sand storms that are just nasty. Was wondering if anyone knew about that proc? How many sandstorms does he proc? How many HP do they have? How often does he proc them? How much do they hit for?

Rampages, he is unslowable, hits for 948 i think i can't remember exact number but it was something around there, i believe he enrages at about half a bub of hp left but i can't remember that either, dropped spectral parchment, 3 medallions, and a waning light katar

From the Picture it looks as though he's in the desert area of Storms, can anyone confirm this for me? I've cleared the named in the Fort in the Forrest and didn't see him or an earring drop, but we did get some nice medallions & 2 Katars.
Can someone please confirm his whereabouts in Storms please? It looks like the desert but I'd like to know for sure. TY =0)
