Blue to 64, couldn't charm it with Command of Tunare - the message was, "This NPC cannot be charmed"

One aggro'd me from somewhere, /con blue at L62. I snared it threw some dots, seemed fine until it summoned me. Egressed close enough to death to have all buffs dropped.
Blue at Level 63, but hits very hard - multiple 550s. Dropped Ethereal parchments too, as did most of the frogs in the tornado cave.
