Go all the way to the top to find a wooden door. Level 70 is required to enter the zone without a key on the live servers and the Secrets of Faydwer expansion must had been unlocked for at least one month. Everyone can enter the zone with a key. |

Just saw this mob up tonight, She was one of the ballroom dancers but a red con to lvl 70 named Arylon. Sadly it was after all our members had logged so didn't get chance to kill her. Link to image.

Sorry but the new mob I found was actually a skeletal scribe. The previous post has new images of existing mobs. This one isn't included yet.

Images for The Quartet, The Official Catologuer, a skeletal scholar and a rotting bookkeeper.
These 4 mobs are found behind the hidden door in the library accessed after completing the Frustrated Functionary task by clicking a protruding book on the far left wall as you enter the library.
The Quartet and The Official Catologuer are none KOS but all other mobs in this area are KOS. There is also a locked door guarded by 2 KOS Orcs pressumably leading to another area.

Maximillion spawns in the tower with Arturo, Trainer of Bats. It appears that any "a grayfang bat" can be a placeholder. I've killed him twice, and both times he has dropped a Glowing Shadowspine Rune and Court Assassin's Blade.
