Access to the Demiplane of Blood

Anyone at least 70th level is automatically granted the Demiplane of Blood flag. The information here regards the ACTUAL flag, as it was prior to the minimum level requirement introduced.
Monocle of Blood + Completed Blood Raids = Full Flag Monocle of Blood + Looted Backflag = Full Flag Only Monocle of Blood = You may zone in, but can't loot anything and count towards 85% rule. Only Blood Raids = Not sufficient to zone in; you must have the Monocle. Being in a raid & task that kills Mayong, will flag you for the Demi-plane. Details: Upon receiving your key to Dreadspire Keep, Treddlehoop had asked you to keep your eyes open for better lens material. The Lens of Eye-Glass obtained from the task Eye Bound is what he wants. You must complete the tasks Frustrated Functionary, Check Out a Library Book, Eyes Wide Open, Memories Lost, and Misty for You to be able to request the task Eye Bound. Note: While completing this entire quest line will give you (and your group) a Lens of Eye-Glass, you can bypass all tasks except for Eye Bound if at least one member of the group has the Lens of Bound Eyes from Misty For You. Take the Lens of Eye-Glass received at the final turn-in of Eye Bound and your Treddlehoop's Wonderful Monoculor Seeing Device (the Dreadspire key) and turn them both in to Treddlehoop. Treddlehoop takes the Lens of Eye-Glass and looks at it closely through half a dozen monocles. Steam jets from his ears for a moment. 'Wow! This is the most amazingly clear glass that I have ever seen! It amplifies and clarifies. This will make a spectacular lens.' Treddlehoop eagerly pops the lens from your Seeing Device and sets the Eye-Glass into the rim. As he tightens down some tiny screws you see the lens suddenly change color as red the color of heart blood flows across its surface. 'Oh my! The lens appears to be, well, alive! I seem to have harmed it when I secured it to the frame! It's become all red with blood! Oh how horrible! I'm sorry, but I won't try this thing on my own eye, that's up to you.' He hands you the monocle. 'I hope it will serve you in some capacity, you've worked very hard to obtain it.' Receive Monocle of Blood, the key to the Demi-Plane. You must also complete the five Blood Raids in any order: The Council of Nine Emperor Draygun Bloodeye Matriarch Shyra Sendaii, the Hive Queen The AA's you receive are: Curse of Blood (1/5), Affliction of Blood (2/5), Torment of Blood (3/5), Temptation of Blood (4/5), Invitation of Blood (5/5). If you do not have these raids completed, you can be "85'd" into the zone. You will not, however, be able to loot any items until you have either completed the blood raids or loot a Drop of Accursed Blood from one of the Tier 2 encounters (the backflag). The Demi-Plane of Blood may be entered by clicking on the right statue at the zone-in of Dreadspire Keep. So, I'm not certain I'm reading the line right that says:
"Only Monocle of Blood = You may zone in, but can't loot anything and count towards 85% rule."
Does this mean you do, or do not count towards the 85% rule? Just trying to clarify, as we just finished Sendaii for Demi access last night, but that's only 2/5 blood raids for me, I do however have my blood monocle. Just wanted to know if I will or will not count as "flagged" for getting others in.

If you haven't completed all 5 Blood raids, you are an "85" and can't loot anything in the Demiplane of Blood until you loot a backflag piece --- Drop of Accursed Blood.
The moment you loot that piece, you get credit for all 5 Blood raids, and now get to start collecting AE blockers.

From what I can see, when you click on the Statue to access Demi-plane you receive an Expedition that grants your group/raid access into Demi-plane. This can be done with 6 people in the group/raid. I'm not sure if it can be accessed with 3 though, like a mission. The point of information is that 18 people as stated is not needed, although I'm not quite sure how 6 (even Supermen) can survive the zone.
You must enter Dreadspire via the Hive with your monocle before you can enter Demiplane. I had been 85'd into Dreadspire, acquired a Formal Dinner Invitation and thus had never entered via the Hive. Zone out, then back in again and you should be fine. We wasted a lot of time figuring that one out.
