With max Charisma, this item still sells for 209.999pp in Crescent Reach from Tailor Panya... Just bought othree today. So it is the same price there as everywhere else.

Cobi and Kyla don't sell this anymore.. added in Fyla Frostbeard which now sells
verified.... Fyla is only seller of Platinum Thread among the Frostbeards now
You can also purchase a platinum thread from Galbasi Weaver (loc -749, -109) in Erudin. He is located near the portal that sends you into the palace. His name tag says "Armor" but he really sells tailoring items.
