it doesn't increase your dps twice....but innerflame disc can!

if you dual 1hb or hand to hand you hit 4 to 8 times a round, with this disk, you hit 10 to 12 times
they are on different timers you can use one right after the other
This discipline lowers the actual delay of your weapons for a short period of time. It is unaffected by haste (which is to say, it is calculated before haste) and haste will still be calculated to your delay afterwards.

what does this really do? does it only work with h2h weapons or all weapon types? is it better than inner flame?
