what lvl can this really be done at?
lvl 33 shammy...I hunted in Frontier Mountains for quit awhile would that effect Kromzek/Tormax faction...or is FM Giants on a different Faction to them

the drops for the armor are from Temple of Veeshan, a level 50+ zone, if you don't have a big guild, you can forget these quests
The Kunark giant faction have nothing to see with the Velious ones.
You start kos to them, and you have to kill coldain(for kromrif) dragons(for kromzek) and named coldain/dragons(for tormax)

Can't do quest if you're not ally to Kromrif/Kromzek and at least dubious to Tormax.

He is on Kromzek, so conning the guys in the bank will tell you if you can do the quests. If you don't know Kael, you do have to pass by Kromrif and Tormax faction giants that see invis, so make sure you're not kos to any of them...
