A classic example of an easy thing missed... why would a huge list of NPC sell this item, and only 4 (currently known) level 60s NPC in the entire game drop it? It sells for 12p to vendors, would have been a pretty easy trash loot to put in-era on NPC...

Anyways, we need a modern item window pic of this item.

We could use a pic of someone wielding it.
