This is listed as in the Tome Binding Kit. Can it be made in a spell research kit by an enchanter also?

Ummm... Not sure about you but my timer on Backstabs in much less then 10 seconds. Not sure if you were just using that as an example or not but might want to check again. mines around 5 seconds non disc... when I use this disc I BS ever 2 seconds!

I use this all the time now...IMO it's the best Disc we get, hands down. I generally will use it when raid mob or named is at about 40 percent. Only drawn aggro one time doing it that way and have had this disc the last few months.

This Discipline lowers the re-use timer for Backstab from 10 seconds to 4 seconds (Reduce Skill Timer(6)) for a 30 second period. The Discipline itself resets after 15 minutes.
So, for a period of 30 seconds you can backstab every 4 seconds instead of 10.
