Yes I did a crit and as a chanter I was like WTF lol
For anyone wondering about the crit portion of this spell, it works on all players. IE: i am a CLERIC with this spell on me i can crit melee hits, so it DOES in fact work on people that dont get melee crit AAs for everyone else, if you have the AAs it ups the chance of a crit. havent tried it on a non crit pet but on a mage pet with the pet crit AAs so far it parses more crits then without buff. will test on a non crit pet soon.

We do, Hastening of Salik...Level 70 =)
increases chance to crit only to sc/nsc which can do it without the buff

so in theory your dc pet could crit hit with this on?

Does not give enchs normal pet chance to crit, have not tried it on a dc pet
It doesnt work on pets, charmed pets, dc pets, or yourself. I was kind of disappointed, thinking I could haste myself and get some crits, was also thinking it would be sweet if my tipt/vxed charmed pet got crits, but i guess that would make it too useful or something.

I'm assuming it works like Damage Shield items. Items with + to DS only work if you have a BASE DS (please correct if I'm wrong). In the same way, I'm assuming this adds a crit chance only if you can melee / missile crit to start with. People that have actually tested this out can respond.

It works fine on me. Shaman with no innate crit and no AAs that gives crits.
