I rarely even cast a DD spell. Maybe if I wanna nuke a lvl 1 - 5 mob to oblivion or I encounter a mob that has high PR/DR. But there's other spells I could think of to take up a spell gem.

its amazing they sqeezed 3 more hp damage out for 43 more mana! what a piece of garbage, atleast i guess we can use it on ice based creatures?

I hope they up this dd. We already have one that does this much dam why not give us a decent dd spel like 1500 at this lvl. It wouldnt tip the scales by any means.

mabey you guys should play a druid or mage 1000+
is plenty. you are there for alot more than
one reason. you are backup healer if not main healer, slower, debuff's, buff's and what dps you can give and if your any kind of respectable shaman you can do all this and more and now that DoN is out spirit of the leopard/spirit of the panther you can do all this and add a very nice addition to any melee heavy group i only use nuke's in PVP (ZEK) or on raids when mobs fall faster than you can cast a dot let alone it do any damage. thats just my 2cp

Aye - hard to get excited about this one. At least it casts faster than VS. We remain woefully gimped for DD.

I agree with Janie, also I hope the focus effect of the Avatar Scaled Gloves works in conjunction with this...oh that would be nice.

The effect on the gloves is for Spear of Torment...no other spell.
