Proced up to 180 dmg for me. Procs like every 4 swings.

Let them wonder about our power and think of us as weak healers.They need not know the sacred and true Judgement of the God's. Oh btw my proc. has been anywhere from 8 to 148. at PoD. I usually get 5 proc. minimum per mob.
This spell makes it fun to be a cleric again. With Yaulp V and a nice dex buff you can get some great procs. Fought in UP and had a 60 pally 54 ranger and me tanking in a group. On the undead mobs I can hit for 60-80 and with a nice 1-2 minute fight you can get between 1k and 1.5k in proc damage. Beats standing around with FM and casting a series of stuns and clicking my BP for MoK.

A friend got this for me in Shadowhaven, not sure which vendor. This is one Hammer you dont want to live without.
