PoR Level 70 Spell #1: The Key To The Past

This task has at least 3 available difficulties: Levels 58, 63, and 66+. Each have different possible loot rewards associated with them.
Tak`Valnakor may be found at +6885, -1350. You say, 'Hail, Tak`Valnakor' Tak`Valnakor says 'Hello fair adventurer. I wonder what brings a Human way out here? Could you be a student of [Archeology] like myself?' You say, 'I am a student of Archeology.' Tak`Valnakor says 'Yes, I am studying an ancient race of Elves that thrived eons ago near this area. Why, look at these many trinkets I have discovered. Here, take a look at this. This is some sort of diary etched into this stone tablet. So far I've translated that the owners name was [Krylin].' You say, 'Krylin?' Tak`Valnakor says 'Hmm, yes, that is his name. He apparently was the queen's footman. Oh how I wish I could only meet him as I have so many questions to ask him. It seems he was beginning to record some sort of disaster that befell his city. Alas, I have so far [failed] to translate the rest of this tablet.' You say, 'Failed?' Tak`Valnakor says 'Correct. I am missing some key glyphs that prevent me from deciphering any more of his texts. But perhaps I could [convince] you to explore an area that I am now turning my interest towards.' You say, 'You can convince me.' Tak`Valnakor says 'Wonderful! Then I shall let you in on a secret. I have in fact, just discovered this [ancient city]! It lay undisturbed for untold centuries till a massive storm came and unearthed it before my very eyes!' You say, 'Ancient city?' Tak`Valnakor says 'Yes, go there now and look for any trace of this Krylin. I have a feeling the mystery shall unravel once we find out more about him.' You have been assigned the task 'The Key To The Past'. Head to the Ruins of Takish-Hiz. You have entered Ruins of Takish-Hiz. The direction to the entry to your instanced zone(s) have been marked on your compass. Krylin is in a shattered building just past the Ghost along the wall, at -415, -25. You say, 'Hail, Krylin' Krylin says 'Who seeks to disturb my [endless toiling]? Is it another specter of my past? . . .Or perhaps a figment of my long forgotten memory that now seeks to haunt my tortured existence. . .' You say, 'What endless toiling?' Krylin says 'Cursed are we. Forever between life and death we are forced to labor away the ages. We do not know why or for what purpose other than this was our decree. If only [she] could be summoned. . .she would surely help to end our woes.' You say, 'Who is she?' Krylin says 'The one who has not forgotten us. She was sure she was just about to [discover] the evil that lurked behind the veil.' You say, 'Discover?' Krylin says 'Yes. . .she had begun to chronicle her discoveries when disaster struck. . .now the pieces of her journal remain scattered within the remains of the Root.' The entrance to the instanced zone is in the North East of Ruins of Takish-Hiz at +725, -575. LOADING, PLEASE WAIT... You have entered The Root of Ro. You have to loot four chunks of a tablet, which can drop from any mob: A Sandstone Tablet Chunk, A Piece of a Sandstone Tablet, Part of a Sandstone Tablet, and A Portion of a Sandstone Tablet. The last piece drops from the boss at the far end of the zone (/loc?). She will attack, enrage, and flurry, hitting for up to 1200. BeauDril The Queens Defender has been slain by ______! --You have looted a A Broken Section of a SandStone Tablet.-- Your task 'The Key To The Past' has been updated. Return to Tak`Valnakor in North Ro and hand in all five pieces of the tablet. Your task 'The Key To The Past' has been updated. After handing the fragments to Tak'Valnakor, he gingerly places them upon his work table. Deftly he assembles an ancient sandstone tablet all complete but for a few missing chunks. He scans over the glyphs and smiles wildly. 'Yes, yes. This explains much. Thank you for your help. An answer is slowly beginning to emerge but it appears we are not done yet my friend!' A chest will spawn with one item of loot. You have unlocked the next quest in the series: The Burning Prince. Chest loot level 58 Sand-Covered Axe Sand-Covered Epaulettes ???? The best Advise I can give anyone doing this is to look at the tablet drop entries and see who drops it, and focus on those mobs for the drop.
Also, the targetable wall at the top is NOT breakable... you don't need to break it. Once you loot the first 4 parts, the named spawns at the top near the wall and that named drops the last piece.
I easily solo'd the whole quest as a level 79 Cleric wearing a full set of Lost Rubicite armor. It did take about 3 hours, however.

nothing see's invis, so after you get the first four parts, can invis up to the boss.

All the items are on the 1st set of mobs. The respawned mobs will not drop the peices. Clear from bottom to top and youll have them.
Just wanted to make one thing clear: The four pieces are NOT each dropped by a different type of mob. We had two pieces drop from mobs in the bottom area near zone in, one rock golem one whirlwind. We then went up top and killed treants and had a third piece drop. Dropped down a few levels and killed all the sand elves, which didnt drop the last piece. We then kept killing mobs from various platforms while waiting for repops-- and one of the platform rock golems dropped the 4th piece.
Seems by far the easiest of the Tob key missions, nothing fancy going on in this one at all. The chest doesnt spawn until you do the final turn in out in nro, so the person who didnt see any loot may not have been at the turn in.

We got the drops off of the treants, the golems, and sand elves within an hour, then we killed whirlwinds until the timer ran out (4 hours)and never got the last piece.

Krlin is located at -413, -25. The entrance to the instance is in the north wall, just west of the zonein.

While this really only helps out those few classes that receive auras from these missions... All classes should do these missions as it is part of the arc for ToB key.

Did this misison last night. The wall seems to make no difference whatsoever. We pulled everything in the main area until the first two pieces dropped. After about an hour we decided to move up the to the first platform. Mobs are not mezzable so best thing to do is to root one mob and kill the other. Keep doing this and working your way up the platforms to the Sand elves. It should drop the last piece you need to spawn the named. Just invis to the last platform. Nothing seemed to see invis the entire time. The named flurries. I'm only 12K/1900 tank and managed it fine with a 70 cleric, 70 mage, 70 druid and a 70 chanter. We had a rogue as well but bailed with one of the pieces for the final turn in so we failed the mission but got decent XP for it. Basically their are 4 types of mobs, Treants, Whirlwinds, Golems and Sand Elves. It appears one piece drops off of each one and the fifth piece drops off the named.

went into this mission and found 4 of the 5 drops but ran into a Wall (targetable)at top of the platforms. Is this wall breakable? How to break if so? Does BeauDril Spawn at or beyond this wall?... would be very thankful for any info in these areas...TY..=-)

we cleared the entire zone (minus the repops at the top, since we cleared backwards heh) and got 4 of the tablets. then the named spawned on the top tier. yellow to a 70. never got hit cuz i was the bard =0) we didnt have to do anything to wall at all. at first it perplexed us. but then we just cleared ont eh way down, hoping in would burst open lol. it never opened lol. btw, none of the mobs saw through invis the whole way up. not even those that repoped on us.
as far as loot goes yes. we got a chest when we turned in the tablets. it was some plate armguards. i cant remember the name of them for the life of me, but they werent terrible. they were attunable plate, with some pretty odd (small, some even had like 1 point in something) stats, and like 110/100 hp/mana or soemthing like that. the chest popped right by the mission giver.

SK get a spell from doing the skins quest from devastation.
I just did missions 1 and 2 of this. Will let you know if I do get the second spell like I am expecting to after the 3rd mission.

This is the last leg of Theater of Blood Access Along with the 3 Skylance missions and "Samples of Corruption"
Are there ANY new spells for Shadowknights with this expansion? I know there aren't for the level 55 quest, and now I am reading this bull about no level 70 spell for Shadowknights? Is there something I am missing
We get Spell: Theft of Pain, and Spell: Decrepit Skin for level 70.

Over all missions is pretty easy, had a full group, 4 in anguish guilds with most anguish gear, tank was in time/dodh and a random pick up necro. Had a shammy so no idea about mez. We sat at the end of the tunnel and just pulled it all to us and killed. Mobs only hit for about 800ish, named about 1200ish ....pretty easy mission
Can anyone verify this is for all classes as noted above at the time of this post?
It is my understanding that Hybrides (PAL, SK...) do NOT get a spell from this.
