I have collected all of the high chiefs' beads 'cept this one and have looked but been unable to find a quest involving them. They are all no-drop, so it just made me curious.
i THINK the beads are used to complete the dark elf wiz/mage/chanter newbie quest series. once you've aquired all your spurned initiate newbie armor, you're supposed to prove your worth by killin these chiefs and turning the beads in
