When my Barbarian Shaman first went to Freeport, he was "dubious" to the militia and (I believe) "indifferent" to the Knights of Truth. After a lot of orc-bonking, he got to "amiable" with the Knights (and Commons Residents). After turning in ten Deathfist Belts to the militia, he's now "apprehensive" to the militia, and still "amaible" to the Knights.

Janam and Rebby hang out together just out of the theatre of the tranquil (monk guild) they are at the sort of half tent and stand next to each other.
