- Theater of the Tranquil (the stage) and
- Brownloe Bakery (where you may buy munchies for Pandos).
The haffer and the half elf are sort of in the middle
of the area, they are not in or beside any buildings.
I visit Rebby when I have a lot of time to kill in Freeport.

Is Rebby for a quest? All I get out of him is that he wants to see my wallet. Maybe he just needs a better job...

Hits very hard for level 20 Rogue. His buddy will assist him if you attack. Be careful of the Guard that walks in that area. If he sees you fighting Rebby he will assist Rebby and his friend. You will also take a big faction hit. I went from indifferent to dubious by killing him.
