Fun spell, especially on long fights.
The positive effect lasts 1 min and gives a chance for dot crits to do approximately double damage from what I can tell.
Focus works with it, but bard song doesn't seem to boost the final damage.
The negative effect basically cuts dot damage in half, but it only lasts 12 secs and is very, very rare. Been using this spell for quite awhile and only gotten 4 or 5 negative "procs" ever.
Most commonly, you get neither effect and just do direct damage.
Oh .. the positve effect shows up in bard box, while the negative effect takes up a regular buff slot. Something to keep in mind if you usually run with all slots full of buffs. It'll knock one off.
