I foraged one in the tutorial.
Gleaned from a post by Darthjabroni (rated Sage) under lichenclover:
"The Lichenclover, Moss Root, Water Reed, and Sop Bark are used with a purification tablet in a water extracter, and yields 3 purified waters".
I'd take his word for it :)

ok. at least I'm not the only one who has no clue...
Interestingly enough, I have one as well, although I have never been to Warslilks Woods. Not too sure where I got it though. I'm almost positive I foraged it, because I remember looking at it and thinking it was Oak Bark until I tried to put it in the stack. Still no idea what it's for though. :(
