Omens of War
This spell sounds great (don't have it yet myself, only the first two 69 spells). If I don't happen to be tanking, I can pull with Jolt then Debuff the MoB once Aggro is correctly established.
Of course if I am tanking I usually just pull with Annul Magic.

i just got this spell and worked my *** off to get it too and its ******* useless. Its as good as a level5 dispell but omg its only 1sec cast time! O BOY! i mean it should dispell more then one buff slot.

You might not be aware that it dispells only beneficial spells. You can safely debuff a mob with out having to worry about removing snare, or slow, or various resist debuffs that have been cast on the mob. Some mobs rebuff themselves during the course of the fight and this is excellent for handling these situations. WTF indeed, we should be thankful we get this.
