I could be wrong but I was under the impression that the word " EFFICIENCY" comes from the store bought Mark of Efficiency that is cooked into the Augment. ? ?

It starts out as a Fireflow Stone.
Some greedy chanter guy smoothes out the edges with a little buff and polish and it becomes a Radiant Fireflow Stone. ? ?

Then you take the stone to your local Voodoo Shaman because what fool would give a sparkly jem to a Thief :) After the Voodoo snake lover, chicken gizzard collector uses ACID and Fly **** to add the MARK to the STONE and viola`. Your purse is 500k pp lighter and you are now the happy owner of a RADIANT FIREFLOW OF EFFICIENCY Augment that gives you +12 AGI and MANA PRESERVATION ( SOMETHING ) ???

Thus the purpose of my post. But like I said I could be wrong.
