This is good before frenzy, as you do more crippling blows, before you are in berserker frenzy. You are crazy not to use this when it is up, as it gives crazy dps for 4 or 5 ticks, and that damage can be twice as much each hit if you use intensity of the resolute.
I get about 30-40 crippling blows per use.

/agree..I don't even have a hotkey for this one. Even with max str/dex and all the offensive aa's for crits and flurry, this doesn't come close to the dps you get from fellstrike or mighty strike.
The only *good* use of this is when you're already in berserk frenzy mode. This slightly ups the damage, though not considerably, and not much more than Mighty Strike. The devs really stunk out when assigning new discs for warriors in oow =(
Do your teamates a favor as of right now this ability is junk. I've seen a mear 3 extra crits during the activation of this ability (Max Dex, Str) Let a caster turn it in for something useful!
