Ya well the spawn time is not 20 min I can tell you that now I dont know what it is but I have been here for over an hour and still no hand. I dont know when the mob was dropped but I do know how long I have been here and it is a lot longer than 20 min
There is no way this is rare - 7 kills = 7 hands!
It's an epic piece for Warriors, it's a guaranteed drop of course.

He was an easy solo for my 73 shaman, killed him and his friend inside the chapel, when he started to flee, i set in advanced spirit call to finsih him off, he died on the stairs....

I Hope that every warrior that reads this page .. that should be most of them since epic is a nice thing to have .. Writes Down the names and servers of all the people that think that its ok for them to loot this item to equip .. and REFUSE to group with them EVER ... should teach gready people a lesson ... Game is supposed to be about cooperation .. thats you cant solo an epic ... and dont help any of them with thier epic 1.5 or 2.0 for that matter .. see if they can di that one without the help of a Warrior ...

I would just like to add, I feel the same way about the Pegasus Feather Cloak for Mage Epic.
I have pegasus feathered cloak, and im not a mage. its fun to have, and I got lucky with the spawns so I have every right to own it. if some mage doesnt like it then they can pay me 30k and I would be glad to MQ it.

I like the way he said "dont be so greedy" after saying pay me 30k to MQ a mage epic item...
I understand sarcasm is difficult to convey over the internet, but at the time of my post I had no intentions of selling the cloak. I said 30k for the sole purpose of making everyone reading my post informed that I was letting go of it.
also, if you are going to reply to my post, dont refer to me as he. that would be using the third person. since it is a reply to MY post, you should say "I like the way YOU said".

after you revived the 2 year old post, you call him out on doing the same thing?
If someone told you they wanted this to equip, they were probably lying to you. By the time you can kill this, you can afford much better in the bazaar. Most likely, someone wanted to MQ it for an alt or friend.
is this Mob still lvl 58??

got this last nite with guild and friends was the only thing dropped and dropped on the first kill. 17 people avg lvl was 60.

I am a 57 warrior i find myself lucky to only need this part and sky to finish. I have some one that will MQ it for me but i need to know how it is done shurely dont want to mess things up... would be ugly 20k is to much for gds same with red one.

My wife has a lvl 53 warrior on Veeshan. She has 5 itms left to finish her epic. Although, it's NOT her choice to have "cheated" so to speak by purchasing a couple of itms needed, she needs some assistance in obtaining the remaining itms. *We have a low end puter atm and a new one just isn't in our budget for at least another year. So, what I am asking is this...are there any of you guilds who have NO warriors or NO warriors needing the itms, that would consider sending her a tell and assisting her with them? We are very laggy in the new world zones, making it frustrating to attempt many of the itms needed.

Just so you are aware...your wife needs to get the ancient blade off the queen herself. Everything else is MQable. Good luck on your quest.
Got this while doing the chanter epic last week. There were only 5 of us: Ranger, Rogue, Cleric, Bard, and myself, Chanter. I looted it to hopefully MQ it for a warrior and wanted to ask if it is MQable or if I should just destroy it? It would have rotted anyway, so I wouldn't feel bad. Btw, before the flames start, there were only 5 of us in the zone so no warriors available to grab it.
Bad thing is that with this War will need to give mark of the sword which is received by turning in red & green dragon scales & like with any MQ there is a chance it goes bad. Personally I wouldn't risk.
Now the flaming part: don't U know any warriors?! Send'em a tell! They will be helping U & Ur guild for the rest of there lives!

Im a mage and got this item today when my guild raided hate. We dont have any warriors in guild so why shouldnt it go to mage...i dont know many rich mages out there...or if there are i sure am not one...so a 5int 30mana secondary item was an upgrade for me...and i see nothing wrong with that

No warriors in your guild? I think i would give this up to any warrior in the zone before i looted it for myself if your guild is able to raid hate it should not be too hard for you to find a better prim/sec. item. I know for a fact that you will need at least some kind of tank to finish your epic quest I hope a warrior loots a piece you need :p

Warrior Epic is one of the hardest epics in the game and there are plenty of other things to put in primary/secondary that are better then this for mage and enchanter >=)

unless its a guld raid and your there to get it for the warrior..my post refers to open raids or guild raids and the warrior is not in the hosting guild

Who Loot .. i think you should have the Guild Banker loot it and hold so when your guild gets a warrior the guild can mq it for them

if its a upgrade to a enc/mg....then haldoarf..then why is your need any greater than theirs..so..its your epic...that describes your need and should get a chance at it...but saying you get it automaticly because it used in your epic is bs and you wouldnt have to ask to tl'ed out...you would have already been asked to leave and not invited again..hehehe you show the most greed..peeps use this epic excuse like its some holy quest that all should just bow out and let you get it...sorrry..we all pay the same money and just because your doing a quest dont make your need any greater than anyone elses
lol... this is a hella old post.. but even then... in 2002... epics were some of the best weapons in the game... no matter how much of an upgrade it was for a mage or an enchanter... a guild or raid leader WOULD give it to the warrior working for the epic for the sole fact it was such a powerful weapon back then... people like you are the ones who complain about things sony breaks then complains when they fix them.. the ones who can never be pleased... you say this, but i bet if someone rolled on a piece of YOUR characters epic because it is wearable and was an upgrade for them, you'd complain and have them kicked from the raid.. i've seen it happen .. flame me for responding to an old post.. flame me because you dont agree ..

If there is an enchanter or mage in Plane of Hate, Killingth hand of Maestro, whooo could use this as an UPGRADE then there is something seriously wrong. It goes to a warrior if there is one and he needs it !
The rarity on this is always. I have been in on four kills of Very Unpleasant Hand, and it dropped it every time (Only drop each time).

Does a troll need to build Frrport faction before he can begin the quest? And that goes for humans .. do they have to build ogre faction?

No, but it helps. The NPCs you must talk to for the quest are on Beta Neutral faction - that is, unless you go around killing quest NPCs on a regular basis your faction will be high enough to do this quest. However, the Human and Ogre guards you run into may try to kill you for your faction. I suggest grabbing a Wiz/Druid buddy and Invis until you get to the quest NPCs, then port out.
