My young shaman is making illusion potions with all the drops
coming from Dulak's Harbor, and the trivial is indeed 210 with
the recipe of 1 dark elf parts, 1 fangorth, and 1 runed potion vial.
But he is only getting 1 dose in return for the combines.
Same for Human, Ogre and Troll. Do you get more back the more you
make these potions, like refining GoD materials, or what's the
deal with getting 2 back in these recipes?

There are actually 2 versions of this potions. The new player made version is stackable while the old player made version is not stackable. You can get the old version from the casino still as of 11-10-07 but they can not be combined into a 10 dose because they took out that recipe for alchemy.
I know you believe you understand what you think I said, but I am not sure you realize that what you thought you heard was not what I meant.

To make this you will need a min of 80p for the wormwood. Easy enough to get dark elf parts in many of the old world zones. If you are a dark elf, you can usually get them off the name gator in Oasis of Marr ... forgot his name.
Perfect for doing many of the little quests only an evil class can do if you are not an enchanter. The quest "new worker" comes to mind in The Overthere.
