After you change to what ever race you want, cast Alliance on the nearest guard or merchant. This will improve your faction so you can get around easily.

...keeping in mind that the Alliance spell line was broken by the devs around Omens of War so it does nothing in any newer than that content.

Sold off a clockwork merchant just outside the wiz/mage/enchant guildhall. Hiding in the corner closest to the ramp at location +1119 -1037.

When you cast this spell on your self, does that mean that the guards wont attack you from that city, cause i need some spells, and i dont want to create a char to go there for me and buy them, and bring them out to me, although that would be really safe, someone please help me with this, ty

It will increase your faction. It will not hide your religion. When using an illusion, make sure to /con everything the first time you use it in a new area. It will most likely help you to go into areas you couldn't enter otherwise.
