Go make a run on the Maestro and find out why.
Those pants are comparable to Cursed pants from ssra, and from what I gather he's not quite as hard. They're.. balanced for the encounter I think.
Heh. You can get Ornate patterns/molds from soloable mobs. This guy will give 30 people in Elemental gear a run for their money, and he hasn't died alone yet.

Ornate has less stats, less HP, and less AC (at least the Necro Ornate does, I dunno about ENC/WIZ/MAG). If I were wearing Ornate and went on a Maestro raid, I'd go in on these pants as a primary-use item and use my Ornate as a swap-in for the click.
