Technically shouldn't it grant infravision? Dark elves have ultravision, not High or Wood elves.. Not complaining, just curious :)
Yes, you do get infravision with this illusion, if you're a race that didn't already have it (barbarians, humans, erudites). If you're a dark elf you'll have infravison instrad of ultravision with this illusion on.

You do receive Wood Elf Vison with this crown.
Unsure, but I believe Fier'Dal is High Elf. I know Tier'Dal is Dark Elf, and I believe Koada'Dal is Wood Elf.

You have that backwards, Fier`Dal are Wood Elves, Koada`Dal are High Elves.
