I'd cleared a lot of mobs in the Grey, and so far, the best I've found to get these suckers is the Sun Revenants, they surround a lake in the NW part of the zone, easiest IMO to get them from.

Sun Revenant in The Grey dropped this today - the skellie version, around the lake. They are around 55 I think. Killed maybe 20 or so, got 1 Meteor Dust, two Lucid Shards, and lotsa nothin else =)
