Befallen is the best place I have found so far to find the Crystallized Marrow. There are about 6 of them with in a short distance of zone in....you are best to just drop down the well to the next level and camp it out there. Tracker is best suited but not necessary. Good luck and hope this helps.
P.S. Everfrost was a nightmare trying to find them and they all seemed to on the north side of zone on the other side of the mountain. So, stick with Befallen...it's your best bet.

Does anyone know what this stuff is for? Looted it off an Ice Boned Skellie in Befallen, and have no idea what it does...
