This is the instanced zone involving the group task Lair of the Blackwing, offered by the Dark Reign and Norrath's Keepers

A group of black wing drakes in the Nest belong to a corrupted blood, and are proving to be rather troublesome for both the Dark Reign and the Norrath's Keepers. Both factions have a bounty on these drakes, which flourish in the northeastern sand caves of the Nest.
