Not as mana efficent as swarm line but still great spell

Not quite as mana efficent but grabs lots of agro and delivers damage quickly. I've found it's best used after two swarm spells. With a good 69.1 Group I can casts 2 swarms, Blistering Sunray, and last this dot sun scoarch and they all wear off just as the mob is about to drop dead.
