OK Farbe, time and again I see you post your opinion about why this or that isn't any good on these message boards; and time and again the majority of people have rated your posts into extinction. Maybe someday you'll have a valid point to make on these boards...until then we'll just keep rating them into extinction. My point is you don't see the whole picture for SK's and your posts don't give insight or any reliable information for people who come to these sights seeking information. Your information is flat out wrong for SK's.
Yeah..

Well Farbe, Obviously you havent been on a big raid where this spell is needed... 10% hate increase on a warrior is very nice... considering they hold aggro for **** anyways... learn something about the spell before you diss it..,

And yes this increases targets hate by 10%
#REDACTED, Posted: Jul 16 2003 at 5:10 PM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) Umm first lets get yer facts straight its not 10 its 12%, but hey apperantly i dont know anything about endgame, 2nd the recast on it is 540 seconds, for those people like you who have comprehension and reading issues thats 9 mins, or right before the big hand makes it to the two. After that the aggro generation of warriors (seeing as whom this will generally be cast on) is not as stunted as everyone likes to think (Particularly in raid efforts)

Wow....grammatically as stunning as your intellect. I'll admit I dunno much, but let's get some sheer logic straight:

Premise 1: Every little bit helps...and aggro is no exception. yes, I see your point about a warrior who "Knows what he is doing" but I question how often you become aware that they don;t BEFORE you're in the middle of a potentially deadly situation.

Premise 2: Even if it isn;t that great, why not complete your spells and keep it handy in your book for those few times you need it. I rarely use the undead DD spells, at least as of yet, but I still have em there, for when I DO need them. That's why your book holds HOW many spells when you can mem....8? It's called DIVERSITY. Attempt to think past 4 feet ahead of you.

Premise 3: You're assuming the SK in question ISN'T the MA...what if they are. And yes, I know that Warriors by stats make better tanks, but SK's can do the job, and IMHO, hold aggro a helluva lot better than warriors.

premise 4: Your recast time whine: Recast time....9 minutes....duration...10...are you REALLY looking to recast this a ton? It seems to me something you cast on the MT and let it sit.

You have been owned by sheer logic. Shut up. Grow a brain.

Edit: Mind you, I'm a 36 SK, and just mentioned this to a few high level SK friends...they agree you're an idiot. Seems you've been owned on thought process alone by somehow whose only ever been HALF your level.... maybe now you'll THINK before you post?

Edit: Now a 66 SK, I use this spell, in groups, on a consistent basis. Normall, aggro can be held, but this is that extra insurance, especially if I'm snaring in one of the OoW instances, and someone else is tanking. Keeps aggro from ping ponging around. So, 30 levels later you're STILL an idiot.

#REDACTED, Posted: Jul 16 2003 at 5:17 PM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) And i know that summon corpse is not a rune spell but rather another 65 spell that is still little used (moreso with necro robes) but actually useful. And the differance of 2% is minimal because yer still waiting for taunting/enraging blow to go off anyways before its value means squat, but at which time it does proc the aggro buff is wasted.

Got to agree with Farbe. Compared to Voice of Terris (lvl 60 spell, 10% extra aggro), this adds so little for a lvl 65 spell. If it was 20% maybe, but 12%?
I mean even when you hit the mob for 1000 hate, the extra 2% adds, what 20 hate points when compared to VoT. So you generate 1120 instead of 1100...

so not worth it. Really disappointing for a lvl 65 spell - no doubt about it.
Misprint?

Am I crazy or should this say *Increase* aggro multiplier? And 88%?? Voice of Terris is 10% that is an unbelievable jump considering all other in line went up 2% each.
#REDACTED, Posted: May 03 2003 at 10:04 AM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) unless this spell stacks with other aggro line buffs its gotta be worst lvl 65 spell ever, i mean look at that recast time, its not divine aura type save yer *** and if the ma should go down right after cast you get 9 mins of wasted spell slot which you could be using to either junk group buff, group hp mana heal, ac tappin etc...
