i'm lvl 75 but i still prefer to use this mez song over the later ones. it doesn't move the mobs, which admittedly is a beneficial trait of the other songs, but having the mob stand in place means i don't need to worry about placement, or the mob getting mezzed around a corner or out of range. secondly, this song makes the target mob dance. it only works on humanoids though. but go try it out in halls of honour! those giant humans sure know how to have fun.
difference between 64 and 65 mez

The main difference between this and the 64 mez is:

A. Range for 64 is 100 and 65 200
B. Lvl mob affected is 65 for 65 and 68 for 65
Spell testing

I did some spell testing with this one and Lvl 64 Dreams of Terris. What I found is this:
1. There is no noticable difference in this spell being resisted or sticking
2. This spell has no mob drag pull. Meaning that for each tick on Dreams of Terris it pulls the mob one step toward your 6'oclock. Meaning if you are in the center of a room facing north and the mob is anywere within song distance, (not sight distance), Dreams of Terris drags the mob to the south by one step.
This spell has no mob drag and therefore you can jus sit in one spot and not have to continually face different directions to keep a mezed mob in one spot.
3. This spell works on mobs up to lvl 68, but you need to have pretty good CHA in order for it to stick. Plus the mob has to have the same susecptability to mezmerize. (You can't just mez Terris Thule or Aerin'Dar, when it looks like your raid force is gonna fail in order to give your peeps time to camp out! Of course both of these mobs are lvl 70 but you know what I mean.)
4. If you are singing this song straight and it gets resisted for two ticks in a row, a mezed mob will still stay mezed if you get it to stick on the third tick.
5. This spell is singing ability and Dreams of Terris is wind. Your skill ability in each of these two areas will determine the length of the mez, NOT the likelyhood of the mez sticking. I have tried it several ways and mez seems to stick with the same likelyhood no matter what instrument I use. But when I use my flute with Dreams of Terris it lasts almost 5 ticks
