Just made the spell. The proper spelling is Spell: Tears of Arlyxir
As stated, the name of the spell should be Tears of Aryxil - obv a typo on Alla.

The recipe is listed but has a typo in its name, causing it not to display properly here. I'm leaving it intact until the developers can fix the underlying display bug, after which I'll change the name of the recipe to the new name of the scroll.

if you look this spell also does the same dmg as tears of solusek

Due to the fact, that there is a minus 300 fire resist on it. I was lucky when I got it. Peeps said this is a lure type rain spell. For my own impression it is not. I barely get 3 hits, usually 2 and one full resist. But I also got 3 full resists on green con mobs. Which totally is rediciously. So just another rain spell :/
