Loot a Glowing Stone Fragment from Emoush the Destroyer in the Calling Emoush raid task.
Side Note: You need only participate and loot the item; you do not have to be the one who requested the raid.
Hail and give the Glowing Stone Fragment to Chieftain Relae Aderi to receive a flag, two AAs, the AA Valor of the Keepers, and your 69th level spell/tome.
